Our final show weekend in a month long steady stretch is finally done. The trailer has been packed up and parked for the next few weeks while we recuperate from the exhaustion of it all.
This weekend, we found ourselves at our home kennel club, the St Catharines and District Kennel & Obedience Club, shows held at the Niagara Regional Exhibition Fairgrounds.
2 years ago, Dallas finished his championship at this show, after earning his first points that June at Erie Shores (2 1/2 months).

Last year, Charlotte completed her championship at this show, after nursing several injuries that took her out of showing most of the year.

This year, we are proud to announce that both of Dallas & Charlotte's pups, Ace & Pepper, finished their championship titles at the home show at 7 months old, after earning their first points in their first weekend out just last week at Kilbride!
It has been a whirlwind couple of years, and to be able to come full circle and accomplish this so quickly has been absolutely amazing to say the least! We are so, SO excited for these pups' futures, as well as the future of Dakoozi and our breeding program.
Many thanks to judges Jocelyn Gagne, Tony Vandendool and Darle Heck for recognizing our babies in a fabulous and diverse breed lineup.
Also thank you to judge Darle Heck for the honour of Best Bred By in Group with Ace.
